Job Overview
Perform high-quality collision repairs, including frame straightening, structural and non-structural repairs, panel replacement, and dent repair.
Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications, verifying quality through post-repair inspections.
Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other technicians to complete jobs efficiently.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide excellent customer service through quality workmanship.
Requirements
2+ years of auto body repair experience preferred. I-CAR and ASE certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of modern collision repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders.
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs., kneel, bend, squat, and work above and below shoulder level.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must have (or be willing to obtain) proper tools to complete assigned duties.
Compensation & Benefits
Commission-based (flat rate) pay structure with strong earning potential.
Monthly pay range: $5,000 to $11,000 ($60,000 to $132,000 annually), based on production.
