Job Summary
The Center Services Administrative Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a social center, and the home delivered meal program. This position provides leadership, oversight, and guidance to all unit staff to ensure high quality service delivery to older adults. This position ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational standards.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, social services or related field (preferred)
· Or 3-5 years administrative or supervisory experience
· Experience working with older adults or community programs (preferred)
· Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database/reporting systems
· Must hold a current Safe Serve license; CPR/First Aid/AED certification
· Valid driver's license
· Ability to pass required background checks and clearances, and drug screening
Key Responsibilities
Staff Supervision & Leadership
· Supervise, coach, and mentor staff
· Identify training needs and support ongoing professional development
· Conduct regular staff meetings
· Conduct performance evaluations
Program Administration and Compliance
· Ensure compliance with state, federal and agency regulations for all programs and services
· Maintain program documentation and policies and procedures for all programs
· Assist in program planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement
Financial Duties
· Assist with budget tracking, purchasing, and invoice processing
Program & Service Support
· Support center programs
· Assist with outreach and participant communications
· Respond to participant inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Community & Stakeholder Relations
· Serve as a liaison between centers, providers, volunteers, and agencies
· Support collaborations with community partners
Administrative Responsibilities
· Assist with hiring, onboarding, and retention of staff
· Address performance issues and provide corrective actions when needed
· Track and approve time, attendance, and leave requests
· Prepare plans, reports, and statistical data as needed.

Working Conditions
· Combination of office work and fieldwork, including social center visits as needed
· May require occasional travel to community locations
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer
· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
· Ability to operate basic office equipment (copier, fax, telephone, etc.)
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
