Position: Behavior Assistant Long Term Substitute Location: Woodland Elementary School Schedule: August 24, 2026 February 26, 2027 Salary: TBDTo Start: August 24, 2026Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED requiredBachelors degree preferred Knowledge and experience of the following are preferred: Previous Special Education experienceExperience working with students with disabilitiesBehavior management trainingCPI restraint training preferredWilling and able to train Duties: Provide/support direct educational services Work with students with disabilitiesWork collaboratively with others in classroom (sub-separate and/or inclusion)Create opportunities for generalization and maintenance of skillsCompletion of daily log as necessaryMaintain student notebook in neat and orderly mannerMaintain student specific materials, reinforcersParticipate in program meetings/trainings Review progress on IEP goalsSupport students in ADL (self-care & hygiene, toileting and other needs identified by the students IEP and/or care plan).Perform other duties as assigned by Lead Teacher and/or Administrator
