We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join our dynamic Personal Injury Litigation Team. What You’ll Do
As a Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation while ensuring cases move forward efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting complaints, motions, and personal injury–specific filings, including minor’s compromises
- Assisting with pre-trial and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and trial materials
- Managing attorneys’ calendars, deadlines, and preparation for court appearances
- Supporting discovery and document management efforts
- Communicating professionally and compassionately with clients, experts, medical providers, and defense counsel
- Drafting and managing correspondence, emails, and case-related communications
- Maintaining accurate and organized case files in the firm’s CRM/CMS system
- Assisting with additional litigation and administrative tasks as needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of litigation experience, with strong preference for personal injury law
- Working knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure and local court rules
- Experience with e-filing in California state and federal courts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal CRM/CMS systems
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts

Pay: $35.00 - $41.00 per hour
