Preferred QualificationsRequired
- Active enrollment in an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active California RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Ability to meet clinical scheduling requirements established by your program and Maverick Medical
- Strong communication and professionalism
Preferred
- Family Medicine experience
- Primary Care experience
- Urgent Care experience
- Care Management experience
- Community Health experience
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Interest in building a healthcare career in Kern County
Clinical Schedule
- Up to five clinical days per week
- Alternate Saturday availability preferred
- Schedule coordinated with academic requirements and preceptor availability
