THA Design + Architecture is a hospitality-focused architecture and interior design firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia.
For more than three decades, we've partnered with hotel owners, developers, and the industry's leading brands—including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG—to renovate, reposition, and reinvent hospitality properties across the United States.

What You'll Do
· Lead the creative vision for hospitality interior design projects.
· Develop compelling concepts that balance creativity with client goals.
· Lead client presentations and communicate design stories with confidence.
· Collaborate directly with firm leadership on project strategy and design direction.
· Mentor and develop our interior design team.
· Help establish design standards and continue evolving our design culture.
· Work alongside architects and consultants to deliver exceptional hospitality environments.
· Stay connected to emerging hospitality trends, materials, and guest experience.
Who You Are
· 10+ years of hospitality interior design experience.
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design
· Hospitality design experience preferred.
· Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
· Comfortable presenting ideas and building relationships with clients.
· Passionate about mentoring younger designers.
· Creative, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
· Interested in making a lasting impact on a growing firm.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
