School-Based Behavioral Health Liaison (SBBHL)

Volunteer Behavioral Health Care System is seeking a School-Based Behavioral Health Liaison (SBBHL) to support students, families, and school staff through trauma-informed behavioral health services and interventions.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health education and training to school staff.
- Support implementation of trauma-informed practices and MTSS frameworks.
- Conduct student screenings, consultations, and psychoeducational groups.
- Participate in IEP, 504, and other school support meetings.
- Connect students and families with behavioral health resources and services.
- Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with school personnel, families, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related Behavioral Science field.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or schools preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to school schedules and policies.
