Duties
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery while adhering to quality standards.
- Conduct stock stocking activities and participate in regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing loads for dispatch.
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or related roles with a focus on materials handling.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach forklifts and pallet jacks is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in stocking, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy lifting and mechanical operation.
