Retail Sales & Packaging Team Member
Mama Jo Homestyle Pies is seeking a dependable, friendly, and motivated individual to join our retail sales and packaging team at our Amherst bakery.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Operate the register and assist customers with orders
- Stock and organize retail products
- Package products for wholesale and delivery routes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other bakery tasks as needed
Requirements
- Customer service and computer experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Friendly and professional with customers and coworkers
- Able to bend, twist, stand for extended periods, and lift 30+ pounds
- Must be available evenings, weekends, including Sundays, and during holiday weeks
- Seasonal overtime is required
Schedule
- Full-time
- Approximately 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- 4-5 days per week
- Hours and days may vary based on business needs, especially during holidays
