Looking for a really strong lead brunch cook
Brunches are on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30am till 3:30pm
Must be able to lead, educate and execute
Organization, stock, coolers, kitchen line dry storage
Clean and detailed as it applies to Kitchen, prep kitchen, plating, and all in house wares
Strong, efficient and time sensitive line cook who can throw down and train
Ability to keep team motivated, stimulated and safe
All candidates must have a very strong work ethic, clean, motivated, and focused.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
