We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other productivity software
- Perform data entry tasks with precision, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls professionally
- Support office management by organizing files, proofreading documents, and maintaining filing systems
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments or meetings for staff and clients
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring positive interactions at all times
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and oversee general administrative functions to enhance productivity and workflow
Requirements
- Proven experience with bookkeeping software, especially QuickBooks
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous office or clerical experience, including data entry and filing responsibilities
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills in a front desk or reception setting
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients and team members
- Technical proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and office management tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities in a professional manner
