Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Desktop/deskside and onsite field support
- Windows, Mac, basic Linux, Microsoft 365, AD, VPN/network basics
- Printer/secure print support
- SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF, MyPC Health Check, and ServiceNow
- Imaging/reimaging, hardware break-fix, IMACD, asset management, PC refresh
- SOP/KB adherence, SLA/OLA, safety, ESD, and customer communication expectations
- Desktop support, Field services, Deskside support, Printer support, Reimages
Required Skills
- L2 onsite/deskside support responsibilities
- Ticket handling in ServiceNow with SLA and documentation expectations
- Hardware break-fix, imaging/reimaging, PC refresh, IMACD, and new hire/termination support
- Printer and secure print troubleshooting
- Asset tagging, inventory, loaner device tracking, returns, and vendor coordination
- SOP, KB, security, ESD/safety, and site compliance adherence
- Collaboration with Service Desk, L3, network, endpoint, application, and infrastructure teams
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
