We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager who enjoys working with clients, managing policies, staying organized, and being part of a team where their work matters.
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
Assist clients with coverage questions, billing inquiries, claims support, and payments
Conduct non-payment calls and assist with reinstatement when applicable
Reshop portfolio accounts when needed to help clients maintain competitive coverage and pricing
Maintain accurate records in our agency management system
Work with multiple carriers to help clients receive the best coverage and rates available
Collaborate with team members to ensure clients are handled properly and professionally
Perform other account management duties as needed in a fast-paced insurance environment
Preferred Skills
Experience with major carriers such as Mercury, Hartford, Travelers, Nationwide, Safeco, or Progressive is a plus
Familiarity with PL Rating, AgencyZoom, or similar platforms preferred, but not required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Positive, client-focused attitude with a team-oriented mindset
Qualifications
Prior personal lines insurance experience is required
Valid Property & Casualty license is required
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary: $55,000–$70,000+ annually, commensurate with experience
