Position Overview
As a Line Cook at Brewskeez, you’ll work with our culinary team to prepare signature dishes, support high-volume service, and help maintain our standards for flavor, presentation, and consistency. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during our live music nights, game days, and weekend rushes.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare menu items—wings, smoked meats, burgers, sandwiches, sides—according to recipes and quality standards
Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, etc.) safely and efficiently
Ensure plating, timing, and presentation of each dish align with Brewskeez standards
Assist with prep, mise en place, and line restocking during service
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in your station and throughout the kitchen
Collaborate with kitchen leadership and FOH teams to manage order flow during peak times
Help monitor food waste, portion control, and inventory levels
Step in to support other stations or line processes as needed
Adhere to food safety, health regulations, and kitchen policies
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy service
Good understanding of kitchen flow, food timing, and multitasking
Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and navigate a busy kitchen
Flexible schedule — must be available evenings, weekends, and busy nights
