Role Overview
You will be responsible for the safe and precise on-site installation of a wide variety of commercial signs and graphics. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, takes pride in clean, professional work, and can seamlessly translate complex layouts and floor plans into finished products.
Key Responsabilities
- Wayfinding Signage: Expertly install complex wayfinding, directional, and ADA sign packages in commercial buildings, hospitals, and corporate spaces
- Dimensional / Pin Letters: Precisely measure, drill, and mount pin-mounted and dimensional letters on interior and exterior walls
- Film on Glass: Apply frosted, decorative, and privacy films to glass and windows with zero bubbles, seams, or imperfections
- Blueprint Reading: Accurately read, interpret, and follow floor plans, blueprints, and shop drawings to ensure perfect placement
- Site Preparation: Prepare installation sites safely, operate hand/power tools, and maintain a clean workspace
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience in commercial sign installation (specifically wayfinding, vinyl/film, and dimensional letters)
- Strong ability to read and understand floor plans and architectural drawings
- Excellent manual dexterity and experience with precise measurements
- Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and operating basic power tools
- Valid driver's license a plus
- Strong communication skills and a highly collaborative team player
