3p-11p Schedule includes every other weekend
Per diem:
- Flexibility to pick up shifts
- +$6/hr Weekend shift differential

Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and caring LNA’s to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help create a safe, respectful and comfortable environment for patients/residents. We value team members who are reliable, empathetic and detail-oriented. This position is perfect for a motivated and energetic individual!
Responsibilities include:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
- Support nurses with routine patient care tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure residents rooms are clean and safe. This includes all equipment as well
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families
- Follow all healthcare regulations, safety standards and infection control procedures
Qualifications:
- Must have an active NH LNA license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred, but willing to train
