What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day operations of a busy, patient-focused dental practice.
- Coach, mentor, and develop front office and clinical team members.
- Drive production, collections, scheduling efficiency, and overall profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to achieve practice goals.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
- Manage staffing schedules, daily workflows, and operational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies.
- Partner closely with the doctor to execute growth initiatives and improve practice performance.
- Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of dental office management or operations leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, scheduling, treatment planning, and practice operations.
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience managing production, collections, KPIs, and financial performance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- Experience with Dentrix or comparable dental practice management software preferred.
