Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a closely related field. Three years of experience providing systems administration or systems support for enterprise Microsoft Windows technologies is required, including endpoint management and Mobile Device Management (MDM/UEM) platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), JAMF, or VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch). Additional related work experience in information technology systems support may substitute for the required college education on a year-for-year basis.
