American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric BMT/Hematology-Oncology position requiring active BMT experience, APHON certification, and availability for night shift weekend block scheduling.

Works across a 24-bed Hem/Onc unit and 10-bed BMT unit, with a 17-bed overflow area serving Hem/Onc and Med/Surg patients
-
Night shift position working 7p–7a, with a choice of 3x12 or 4x12 schedule

Weekend block schedule required: Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon (4x12s) or Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon (3x12s)

May float to the General Pediatrics floor, PICU, NICU, and a sister campus for appropriate floor assignments

Hem/Onc and BMT units are on adjacent floors; scheduled floor may shift between floors 9 and 10 based on unit need

Active GA or Compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted

Current certifications required: BLS, PALS (American Heart Association), and APHON — no pending certifications accepted

BMT (Bone Marrow Transplant) nursing experience required

Two professional references from a supervisor level or higher, completed within the last 12 months, required for consideration

Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration

Provides nursing care to pediatric hematology/oncology and bone marrow transplant patients
