Maintenance TechnicianPosition Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining plant equipment, facilities, and systems to support safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. This role works closely with production and maintenance leadership to minimize downtime, complete preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment is operating at peak performance.
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor and Shift Leadership
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment.
- Maintain plant equipment, facilities, and property.
- Communicate maintenance status and completed repairs to production and maintenance teams.
- Support planned maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent maintenance experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience required; 4+ years preferred.
- Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to support operational goals.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- PLC troubleshooting experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Fanuc controls preferred.
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
