Part-Time Bilingual Retail Sales Associate

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time (28 hours per week)
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with furniture selection and product recommendations.
- Answer questions regarding products, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and attractive showroom appearance.
- Follow up with customers and build lasting customer relationships.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Assist with inventory organization and showroom merchandising as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
