Currently, JPD United Inc., has a wonderful opportunity for a Leasing Administrator to join our team.
What you will do:
· Create Leases for Potential Tenants
· Create Lease Amendments
· Create Termination &/or Name Change Related Documents
· Process New Tenants in to Sage 300 & Create “Hard Copy” Files –
· Process Tenant Terminations, Renewals & Name Changes in Sage 300 –
· Track all Lease & Renewal Expiration Dates in Microsoft Outlook & take next steps accordingly
· Customer Support for approximately 160 Tenants
· Secure Proof of Insurance for New Tenants & Aid in Securing Proof of Insurance for Existing Tenants
· Run Monthly Rent Billing –
· Completely Process Real Estate Tax Billing Twice a Year – Payments & Tenant Billing
· Prepare supporting Lease documentation for Tax Grievances
· Shared Participation in Monthly Bank Reconciliations
· One Step Monthly Labor Billing
· Scan & Maintain Hard Copy Building Documents
· Send Available Listings Weekly to Realtors
· Relay Realtor Calls to President & Director
· Handle Realtor Commissions – create Agreements, Track Payments Due & Process with President’s Approval
· Be cross trained for occasional Accounts Payable Tasks
· Be cross trained for occasional Accounts Receivable Tasks

· Microsoft Outlook
· Microsoft Word
· Microsoft Excel
Skills:
