I opened my agency this year after spending six years working under another State Farm agent, gaining the experience and confidence needed to build my own office. I was raised in Puerto Rico and played college baseball, which helped shape my competitive spirit, adaptability, and strong work ethic. Our team currently includes two members, and we’re focused on growing thoughtfully while maintaining a positive, supportive environment.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Daryl Rivera - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
