Visiting Angels of the Palm Beaches is hiring WEEKEND HHA's / CNA's to care for our clients in their homes in the West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens & Jupiter areas.

We are hiring for: Days / Overnights / Weekend Shifts
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with Medication Reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Provide transportation to Doctors Appointments and run errands.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic knowledge of human body systems
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with memory care needs is a plus
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs
- Knowledge of tube feeding procedures is desirable
- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
