Job Overview
We are is seeking a dependable and skilled Part-Time Property Maintenance Technician to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our portfolio of commercial complexes, retail centers, and residential properties throughout the Tri-Cities area.
Position Overview
This position offers a flexible schedule averaging approximately 25-30 hours per week. We are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is committed to providing excellent service to our tenants and property owners.
Responsibilities
- Perform general property repairs and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and complete minor plumbing repairs
- Troubleshoot and complete minor electrical repairs
- Assist with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
- Perform painting, drywall repairs, and general carpentry tasks
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks
- Maintain grounds
- Prepare units for new tenants (make-readies/turnovers)
- Respond to occasional after-hours maintenance emergencies
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportaion required
- Property maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC systems preferred
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and materials as needed
Compensation
- $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Flexible scheduling
- Gas/mileage reimburesement

Properties are located throughout the Tri-Cities region of Northeast Tennessee.
