Qualifications:
- Must be able to speak & understand English
- Knowledge of basic hand tool use and machine drill press
- The ability to focus on each task, including repetitive duties
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to lift at least 80lbs on a semi repetitive basis
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Preference will be given to applicants with wiring skills such as: stripping, soldering, and crimping connectors; using automated wire cutter/stripper and terminal crimp machine
Primary Duties:
- Correctly connecting and installing components into enclosures
- Additional assembly related tasks, including, but not limited to drilling and cutting
- Assisting other team members with performing tasks
