Lucky Spoon Bakery is a growing gluten-free manufacturing bakery based in Salt Lake City, and we’re looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join us full-time in a warehouse and production support role.
This position is primarily responsible for warehouse inventory management, receiving materials, and coordinating outbound products. Our warehouse is a manageable size with a steady workflow, so when warehouse activity is lighter, this role will also assist the production team as needed.
We offer a great schedule: Monday through Thursday with 10-hour shifts, giving you a consistent 3-day weekend every week.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory and material stock levels
- Receive, organize, and store incoming materials and supplies
- Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments and products
- Move inventory to and from warehouse and production areas
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe storage areas
- Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
- Support food safety and quality standards throughout operations
- Assist production staff with daily tasks as needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable communicating with team members and supervisors
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable, adaptable, and willing to support multiple areas of the business
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or food production experience is a plus, but not required
- English / Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required
