What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a curious, engaging, and driven Collision Operational Leadership Trainer to join the Collision Learning & Development (L&D) team. You will deliver training to onboard and support the performance of Collision leaders. You will ensure the effective and efficient implementation of our learning programs, including the success of training for New Site Openings.

What You'll Do-
Deliver engaging instructor-led training, both in-person and virtually, on collision operations, system utilization, production management, the vehicle repair process, and other operational leadership topics

Ensure that programs and processes are developed, assessed, communicated, and administered in compliance with Tesla’s objectives

Assist with scheduling classes, coordinating site visits, and conducting virtual support

Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines independently in limited supervision environments

Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools

Comply with all Tesla safety rules guidelines and standards

Any additional responsibilities as needed and assigned
What You'll Bring-
5+ years of collision industry experience, training experience preferred

Certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repair preferred

Experienced in front of house and back of house collision operations, estimating platforms and collision production management systems

High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Maintain and perform top level professional integrity and appearance as a Collision Trainer

Up to 60% travel domestically and international based on business needs

Capable of lifting 50lbs. and driving a forklift
