Job Overview:
Responsible for the efficient, cost-effective, and ethical development and management of company projects, in alignment with the organization’s growth objectives.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Experience: 3-5 years (or more) of progressively responsible experience/training in heavy civil construction and public works electrical construction industry is preferred. Experience with airport construction projects is a plus.
· Skills:
o Excellent writing, presentation, and computer skills.
o Proficient in reading drawings and specifications.
o Strong verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
o Strong attention to detail, proficiency in take-offs, and rapid execution.
o Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
o Ability to adapt to changing environments and organizational needs.
· Knowledge:
o A strong understanding of the electrical construction industry.
o Strong working knowledge of business operations and quality standards.
o Dedication to learning, expanding knowledge, and continuous improvement.
o Ability to interact effectively across all levels and with diverse cultures.
o Ability to be an effective team member and lead change.
· Other Abilities:
o Ability to access all points of a construction site, regardless of climate or environment.
o Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
o Ability to facilitate progressive change within the team or organization.
Essential Functions:
· Perform project start-up duties.
· Provide administrative support at project sites.
· Interface with clients to ensure smooth and mutually satisfactory project progression and completion.
· Price change orders and negotiate buy-outs.
· Provide cost estimates for project change orders and quantity take-offs.
· Prepare and control project documents as needed.
· Provide submittals for project approval.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
