Schedule: 1pm-10pm with an hour lunch shifts
Expected hours: 40 hours weekly
About the Role
Kontota is hiring a Fleet & Inventory Coordinator to support daily operations, inventory management, and fleet maintenance coordination for our mobile grooming vans.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory, warehouse operations, fleet coordination, maintenance support, or logistics who enjoy staying organized and keeping operations running efficiently.
You will play a key role in ensuring vehicles, equipment, and supplies are maintained, stocked, and operational for daily service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate fleet maintenance and vehicle repairs
- Track and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Perform routine vehicle and equipment checks
- Support warehouse organization and inventory control
- Restock grooming vans and ensure operational readiness
- Assist with operations coordination and logistics
- Communicate with field staff to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain records for maintenance, inventory, and service logs
Preferred Experience
