We're looking for a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse & Production Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids, MI. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing and forklift experience who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of specialty chemical products.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods using a forklift.
- Stage, palletize, and organize materials for shipment.
- Verify product labeling, packaging, and shipping accuracy.
- Prepare and review shipping paperwork, including bills of lading and related documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock rotation (FIFO), and organized warehouse storage.
- Package products into drums and totes.
- Perform final inspections before shipments leave the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow OSHA, DOT, environmental, and company safety procedures, including required PPE.
- Participate in daily safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience (chemical manufacturing preferred).
- Forklift operating experience required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, climbing ladders, and wearing required PPE, including a full-face respirator.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
