We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Home Care Office Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phone systems promptly, providing excellent customer service and support to callers
- Recommends and participates in formulation of the organization's goals, objectives and related policies.
- Initiates the Agency Director and Service Supervisor's participation in the program planning.
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to assist with basic financial record-keeping
- Develops and evaluates programs related to identified needs consistent with the purpose and resources of the organization.
- Proven experience in Home Care office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Recruit/assign/ supervise/ counsel/terminate/interview/and hire staff and provides staff performance evaluations as appropriate. Ensures appropriate staffing levels.
- Bachelor's degree in, business, health or public administration science and one year supervisory or management experience in home care or other licensed health care program or Two years of supervisory or management experience in home care or any other provider licensed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and customer support
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools
- Monitors compliance with Federal and State regulatory agencies and other certifying bodies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating excellent time management skills
