Our marketing team generates strong warm lead volume every week through Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns. Your job is to close them. Compensation & Schedule
- $18/hour base pay (guaranteed every pay period)
- 5% commission on every closed deal — standard tier (lowest ticket close is $5,000 and ranges upwards of $250,000 per deal)
- 8% commission tier available for reps who opt into a higher lead allocation (will have to pay for extra leads, but gets reimbursed at 8% commission)
- Uncapped earnings — realistic OTE (on-target earnings) of $60K–$150K+ for solid performers
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, in-office in Roseville, CA
How the Commission Structure Works
This role uses a draw-against-commission structure:
- Your $18/hour base
- Commission earned first applies against your hourly base for the period; everything above is pure upside
- Top reps clear their base early in the month and stack commission for the rest of the month
- Premium tier (8%) is available to reps who opt into higher lead volume — a small allocation fee is deducted from commission (never out of pocket)
Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through warm calling, virtual meetings, and personalized outreach to generate interest in our Bitcoin mining hardware and hosting solutions
- Lead consultative sales conversations and close deals ranging from $5K to $500K+ by demonstrating the technical and financial benefits of our products
- Develop and execute follow-up strategies to convert aged leads into closed business
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and refine messaging
- Utilize Close CRM to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions for optimal follow-up and reporting
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to refine your sales approach and identify new opportunities
- Hit weekly activity and revenue targets
Requirements
- Proven success in high-ticket sales — car sales, solar, insurance, B2B, inside sales, or similar consultative environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals confidently and ethically
- Experience working warm inbound leads and managing a pipeline through to close
- Excellent communication skills — able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Close, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Coachable, competitive, and self-driven
- Reliable, on-time, and ready to be in-office every day
- Interest in Bitcoin or crypto is a plus, but full training is provided — we'll teach you the technical side
