About Us
Uplift Recovery NoHo is a growing behavioral health and addiction treatment organization committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and mission-driven Program Director / Operations Manager to oversee program operations, clinical coordination, staff leadership, and service excellence.
Position Summary
The Program Director / Operations Manager will provide leadership and oversight of clinical and operational functions across Detox and Residential levels of care. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery, regulatory compliance, program development, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations for behavioral health treatment programs.
- Supervise, mentor, hire, train, and support clinical and operational staff.
- Ensure delivery of quality clinical services consistent with licensing, accreditation, and company standards.
- Monitor admissions, discharges, census, utilization, staffing, and program performance metrics.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on program development, growth initiatives, and strategic planning.
- Maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, providers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee quality assurance, compliance, outcome tracking, and corrective action initiatives.
- Promote a safe, therapeutic, and client-centered treatment environment.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and behavioral health standards.
Qualifications
Required:
- Certified and/or Licensed behavioral health or substance use disorder professional required
- Minimum 3+ years leadership or management experience in addiction treatment / behavioral health
- Experience in Detox, Residential, RTC, PHP, IOP, or SUD treatment settings
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid California Driver’s License
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Licensed clinicians strongly encouraged to apply (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, CADC, CATC, LAADC, or related credentials)
- Experience with quality assurance, compliance, program oversight, and multidisciplinary team leadership preferred.
