Position Overview
The Back of House Supervisor is responsible for supporting kitchen operations and ensuring food is prepared safely, efficiently, and to Chick-fil-A’s high standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality, speed, and team development in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities

Lead shifts in the kitchen and ensure consistent and high-level BOH operations

Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards

Coach and develop team members during shifts

Ensure accuracy and efficiency in food preparation

Assist with inventory, prep planning, and waste control
-
Communicate with FOH to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Help train new team members and reinforce procedures
Qualifications

1+ year of kitchen or leadership experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Commitment to food safety and operational excellence

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
