Milestones Therapy Home Health is hiring compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to provide pediatric speech therapy services in Pasadena and Channelview, TX (Zip Codes: 77502, 77012, 77547, 77530).
Services are provided in homes, schools, daycares, our clinic, and via teletherapy when appropriate.
Position
- Full-Time (Preferred), Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available

Qualifications
SLP
- Current Texas SLP License
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
SLPA
- Current Texas SLPA License
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
New graduates are encouraged to apply! Training, mentorship, and supervision are provided.
SLP Compensation
Compensation is based on the type of service provided:
- Therapy Visits: $55 per visit
- Initial Evaluations: $80 per evaluation
- Re-Evaluations: $70 per evaluation
- SLPA Supervision: $50 per supervision visit
SLPA Compensation
Per-visit rates are based on employment category:
- Full-Time (28–35 visits/week): $35.00–$40.00 per visit
- Part-Time (15–27 visits/week): $30.00 per visit
- PRN (10–14 visits/week): $25.00 per visit
- Below PRN (6–9 visits/week): $20.00 per visit
Compensation rates are subject to periodic review.
