Duties
- Greet customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally
- Handle front desk operations, including scheduling appointments
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for correspondence, reports, and record-keeping
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping including Accounts Receivable & Payable.
- Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Experience with bookkeeping is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry can be beneficial for this role
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
