Fully Remote | Illinois-Based
Creating Progress is a growing virtual group therapy practice serving individuals, couples, families, and groups throughout Illinois. Our team is made up of highly specialized therapists who are passionate about helping clients find the right fit—not just any fit.
At Creating Progress, we believe meaningful change happens through authentic connection, personalized care, and a collaborative approach. Our team is built on a foundation of clinical excellence, individualized care, and genuine relationships. We value progress over perfection, meaningful connections, and providing high-quality care without the pressure of hustle culture.
As our practice continues to grow, we are excited to expand our services by welcoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who shares our commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management services to adolescents and adults through a fully remote practice model.

Our practice frequently serves clients navigating anxiety, OCD, phobias, ADHD, life transitions, women's mental health concerns, perinatal and postpartum challenges, parenting stress, depression, and trauma-related concerns. We are particularly excited to connect with providers who are passionate about supporting women and mothers across all stages of life.
