NorthBay Home Health is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide high-quality, individualized care in a home health setting. Position Details
Schedule: Some are 7:00AM-7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Status: Full-Time /Part-Time
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes
- Implement and follow individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed procedures
- Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN or LPN license (Compact license accepted)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year home health experience preferred
- Must successfully complete ACHA Level 2 background screening

- Strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and critical thinking ability

- CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
- Recent physical (within 6 months) and TB test (within 12 months)

Compensation
- LPN: $23–$30/hour
- RN: $30-$35/hour
