About Us:
Imagine Wellness Chiropractic is a progressive, wellness-focused chiropractic clinic serving a diverse, bilingual, and inclusive community. Led by Dr. Roxane Zamora, we are dedicated to restoring health naturally through corrective chiropractic care, patient education, and holistic support.
Since we are a small team, we need someone who is proactive, dependable, and capable of running the front smoothly and professionally.
What You’ll Do:
Front Office Duties:
Welcome and check in patients warmly, creating a healing first impression
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient communication
Collect payments, handle billing tasks accurately and present financials
Maintain an organized and calming front office environment
Assist the doctor with exams, therapies, and patient documentation
Prep patients, perform therapy support, and ensure treatment flow stays on track
Restock supplies and keep the clinical area clean and efficient
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
Familiarity with ChiroTouch software (Preferred)
Experience working with PI (Personal Injury) patients and attorneys (Preferred)
Prior experience in chiropractic or medical office strongly preferred
Organized, professional, and self-motivated
Physically able to assist patients and maintain a tidy clinic
Comfortable in a diverse, inclusive, and progressive wellness environment

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 2:00pm-6:30 pm and the third Thursday we have a new patient orientation from 6:30 pm-7:30pm
Pay $20 an hour
Pay: $20.00 per hour
