We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 129-bed skilled nursing facility located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area (Montgomery suburb).
This is a well-established building with a current census of approximately 112 residents and strong clinical programming, including ventilator services and a dedicated dementia unit.

Ventilator unit providing both invasive and non-invasive respiratory care

Dedicated dementia care unit

On-site 24-hour respiratory therapy staff

Strong interdisciplinary clinical support team

Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (NHA/LNHA) license

Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing preferred

Strong organizational, budgeting, and operational skills

Ability to lead in a high-acuity environment (vent/dementia care experience a plus)
