- Present detailed product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits of roofing solutions.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead generation efforts.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks to ensure seamless account management.
- Conduct territory management by analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly to maximize growth potential.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
Experience
- Proven track record in outside sales or D2D sales, preferably within the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong management skills with experience overseeing territory sales or account portfolios.
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and direct sales approaches like cold calling.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and upsell effectively.
- Experience in marketing strategies related to territory expansion or customer engagement is a plus.
