Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, answer questions, and guide them through available spa treatments and services
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment, treatment areas, and retail spaces in accordance with health regulations
- Handle client payments, receipts and daily financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Open and prepare the spa each morning to ensure it is client-ready before the first appointment
- Assist with retail store operations by restocking products, and organizing displays
- Prepare and reset treatment room to pristine standards after each client
- Quickbooks knowledge is required
- Social media experience is a plus

Requirements
- Prior experience working in the beauty or skincare industry is preferred; salon experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle cash confidently
- Basic cleaning skills to ensure sanitation standards are consistently met
- Naturally organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
