eCommerce Merchandising Assis
Position Summary
We are seeking a retail Merchandising Assistant to join our ecommerce merchandising team! The Merchandising Assistant supports many aspects of the merchandising process and works closely with the buyers and the head of merchandising.
We are a dynamic, successful, and growing internet retail company specializing in air treatment products. We are located in Roswell, GA, just a short drive up 400 from Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities
- New Vendor and Product Set-Up: Gather information to add and maintain vendors and products in our database (Netsuite/Shopify), including data, images, and documents. Close attention to detail is required.
- Product Maintenance: Ensure data is up-to-date for all products
- Pricing: Update pricing for buyers based on vendor price changes, and track competitor pricing to flag discrepancies or opportunities
- Purchase Orders & Reordering: Create purchase orders based on buyer-designated quantities, and assist with reordering to help maintain appropriate stock levels
- Order Tracking: Follow up with vendors on outstanding orders and keep estimated in-stock dates on website accurate
- Marketplace Listings: Support listing setup on 3rd-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay), and help ensure listings stay active and error-free
- Promotions: Assist buyers in developing and executing promotions
- Reporting: Pull reports as needed from internal systems
- Other Duties: We're a small company & everyone pitches in wherever needed

We'd Be Excited If You Have
- 1+ years of retail assistant buying, merchandising coordination, or related ecommerce experience (Bachelor's degree a plus, not required)
- Experience with online platforms such as NetSuite and Shopify
- Familiarity with 3rd-party marketplace listing tools (Amazon Seller Central, ChannelEngine, or similar) a plus
