Nurse Manager
Join our dedicated healthcare team and lead with compassion, professionalism, and excellence at the Mapleton Community Home. We are a 60-bed skilled nursing facility and a 20-bed assisted living community on one campus.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate patient care services and ensure quality standards
· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
· Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
· Promote a positive and professional work environment
· Assist with training, mentoring, and staff development
· Provide direct care to residents
· Coordination with nursing management team for as needed nursing coverage
Qualifications
· Registered Nurse (RN) license
· Current CPR or BLS certification
· Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
· Previous leadership or management experience preferred
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team members
