What this job involves:
The Corrigo Platform & Delivery Lead (CPDL) is directly accountable for sprint delivery, platform release management, SLA governance, and team performance across a complex Corrigo deployment. Collaborate closely with client contacts. This role directly manages Corrigo Support team and drives all delivery outcomes through disciplined execution, structured quality governance, and proactive platform stewardship.
Key Responsibilities
Sprint Execution & Team Management

Plans and executes bi-weekly sprints — scoping, sequencing, assigning by tier capability, and managing cross-regional workload (AMER, APAC, EMEA).

Runs weekly touchpoints and retrospectives to resolve blockers, maintain delivery momentum, and drive continuous improvement.

Reviews deliverables against acceptance criteria; coordinates sprint demos for formal stakeholder sign-off.

Enforces SCOBADD framework for intake prioritization; maintains real-time utilization visibility and rebalances workload as required.
Platform Release Management
-
Assesses incoming Corrigo platform releases for architectural impact, configuration dependencies, and integration risks; plans technical adoption strategy and drives optimization opportunities across the global client deployment.

Plans and sequences release adoptions using the 4-phase release SOP.

Validates staging readiness (regression, integration health, acceptance criteria) and confirms post-release platform health with remediation tracking.

Evaluates AI automation potential per release; leads release retrospectives for continuous improvement.
SLA Governance & Performance Reporting

Defines technical requirements for platform-driven improvements including configuration specifications, data model changes, and integration touchpoints, and coordinates with the client Application Development Manager on acceptance criteria.

Designs and monitors SLA targets by complexity; delivers monthly performance reports to client and product stakeholders.

Owns translation table health reviews, proactive management.

Monitors daily SIM-T resolver queue activity; maintains unified backlog visibility for resource planning decisions.

Reports workload aligned to organization priorities and goals.
Change Management & Governance
-
Owns change management governance. Conducts technical impact assessments across configuration, workflows, and integrations; validates staging environments against production baselines; and holds rollback authority when deployment validation fails.

Coordinates approvals; confirms stakeholder readiness before production deployment.

Monitors hypercare periods with heightened visibility and accelerated response cadences.

Contributes to incident/outage retrospectives with operational findings and improvement recommendations.
Resource & Capacity Management

Conducts quarterly demand-vs-capacity planning; maintains cross-regional coverage requirements.

Engages Variable Support SOW when capacity is insufficient — managing scope, onboarding, and performance oversight.

Delivers monthly utilization reporting; participates in weekly shared resourcing touchpoints.
Escalation & Risk Management
-
Owns the Log for all active delivery initiatives and BAU operations.

Provides consolidated Corrigo platform reporting including system health, configuration drift, and technical debt indicators, and escalates blockers to account & client leadership.

Leads incident/outage retrospectives — ensuring root cause analysis and preventive action capture.

Monitors platform health indicators and assess delivery risk at each sprint gate, surfacing conflicts and constraints proactively.

Develops and maintains CSAT action plans in response to quarterly survey results.
User Enablement Programs

Designs and measures the Corrigo Champions program — participation model, cadence, and adoption metrics.

Reviews enablement outcomes with as a measurable performance dimension alongside SLA metrics.

Monitors adoption and satisfaction trends; uses findings to inform prioritization.
Delivery Pipeline Oversight

Maintains unified backlog visibility and provides consolidated status reporting across the CSE team.

Drafts Release and Implementation Plans — scope, timeline, resources, risk mitigation, and success measures.

Executes hypercare post-launch (heightened monitoring, accelerated SLAs, rapid escalation); manages BAU transition once stabilized.

Defines development timelines with other product stakeholders, ensuring capacity and complexity are reflected in commitments.

Coordinates initiative planning with client stakeholder leadership and other product leaders.
Requirements
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years in platform delivery, technical project management, or application support leadership
-
3+ years managing technical teams in client-facing environments
Technical Skills
-
Strong knowledge of Corrigo (or similar facility/maintenance management platforms)

Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery

Experience with API integrations, system configurations, and SLA governance

Competency in performance monitoring and reporting tools

Estimated compensation for this position:
107,100.00 – 155,200.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
