OPERATIONS ANALYST
Play a key role in driving operational excellence by turning data into actionable insights. The Operations Analyst supports Utility Services through analytics, financial oversight, project coordination, and operational planning, helping leaders make informed decisions, improve efficiency, and achieve strategic goals.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Develop dashboards, reports, and data insights that support operational performance and strategic decision-making.

Analyze inventory, materials, and operational trends to ensure resources are available to support field operations.

Identify and implement process improvements, technology enhancements, and workflow efficiencies.

Support budgeting, financial tracking, forecasting, and cost management activities.

Partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, and other teams to coordinate projects and achieve business objectives.

Provide analytical and operational support that drives continuous improvement, compliance, and organizational success.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Target Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

An associate’s degree in business administration, Finance/Accounting, Data Analytics, Engineering Technology, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field is required.

Three years of experience in relevant utility operations, financial oversight, records and reporting, analytics and data, or project management may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Proficiency in using technology, business applications, Excel, and data analysis tools to monitor operations, analyze trends, support planning activities, and drive continuous improvement.

Relevant experience with an electric utility is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
