Job Summary:
Vandalia Health is seeking a highly qualified Senior Director of Quality to lead quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives at Mon Health Medical Center. This executive-level position will partner with senior leadership to drive measurable outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic quality and patient safety initiatives across the organization
- Analyze data and performance metrics to improve clinical outcomes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards
- Oversee quality reporting, benchmarking, and regulatory readiness
- Collaborate with executive leadership and Risk Management to drive system-wide improvements
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management
- Proven leadership experience in Quality, Risk, or Compliance
- Experience in a matrixed healthcare environment preferred
