Responsibilities
- Assist customers with wig selection and provide professional product recommendations.
- Help customers with basic wig installation, fitting, and styling.
- Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Participate in livestreams, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
- Maintain store presentation and inventory.
- Build relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
Requirements
- Experience in wig sales, beauty retail, cosmetology, or hair industry preferred.
- Knowledge of wig installation, styling, and basic maintenance.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating social media content.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and sales skills.
- Ability to work weekends when needed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Language Requirements
Candidates must speak English plus at least one of the following languages:
(Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly preferred.)
