Are you a licensed agent who loves working with clients and being in the field, but finds the "solo agent" path isolating? We are looking for an Executive Sales Associate to join our team as a dedicated partner to a seasoned Lead Agent.
This role is designed as a high-level mentorship. You will work side-by-side with a top producer, learning the systems and strategies that drive a 100+ deal-per-year business. You won't just be "opening doors"—you will be an integral part of the client journey, ensuring every buyer is supported from the first showing to the final walkthrough.
Core Responsibilities
- Guided Client Support: You’ll lead showings and property tours for our active buyer pipeline, ensuring every home viewed aligns with the client's goals.
- Property Intelligence: You will be the "subject matter expert" on the homes we view—researching disclosures, property history, and HOA details so our clients are always the most informed people in the room.
- The Lead Agent's "Right Hand": You will follow the Lead Agent’s proven systems for showings and client communication, maintaining a consistent, high-end experience for every buyer.
- Field Milestones: You will attend and facilitate the critical steps of the transaction, including inspections, appraisals, and final walkthroughs.
- Community Presence: You’ll represent our listings through professional Open Houses, with the opportunity to earn a referral fee on any unrepresented buyers you personally connect with.
